Synopsis
Detective Joe Riley has seen his fair share of crime in his years on the force, but nothing could have prepared him for the horrors that await him in the case of the West Nile murders. When a prominent doctor is found dead in his own home, the initial investigation points to a possible case of suicide. But as Riley digs deeper, he begins to uncover a sinister pattern of violence linked to the deadly West Nile virus.
As the body count rises, Riley finds himself racing against time to stop a serial killer who is targeting victims based on their blood type. With each new murder, the killer leaves behind a cryptic message that seems to taunt Riley and the NYPD. Desperate to find the killer before he strikes again, Riley teams up with Dr. Sarah Jones, a brilliant epidemiologist who is determined to unravel the mystery behind the virus.
Together, Riley and Jones follow a trail of evidence that leads them through the dark underbelly of New York City. They must race against the clock to stop a killer who is not only deadly but also unpredictable. As they close in on their suspect, Riley and Jones realize that the stakes are higher than they ever imagined. The killer is not just a psychopath; he is a terrorist with a deadly agenda that could threaten the entire city.
